Refund policy

No refunds.  Store Credit only. Exchanges on Non-personalized purchases only. Shipping fees will be customer's responsibility for returned and re-shipped items.

Keepsake Rings and Things will absorb costs associated with errors made by us regarding shipment of wrong item/s, shipping, and personalization only.

Repairs:  7 day Repair Policy on all defective jewelry items.  In the event your jewelry is broken through no fault of the wearer (for example: The item is received via mail broken), Keepsake Rings and Things will repair or replace it at no cost to customer, excluding shipping costs.  Please email us at KRATJEWELRY@GMAIL.COM for all repair requests.
